Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with the registration process. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below regarding the non-refundable registration fee.

Non-Refundable Fee Policy

• Registration Fee: A mandatory registration fee of $45 for Outside Vending Area and $60 for Conference is required to secure your place in the event/program/course. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
• Purpose of the Fee: The registration fee is used to cover administrative costs, materials, and other expenses associated with organizing the event/program/course.
• Commitment: Your payment of the registration fee signifies a commitment to participate in the event/program/course. Please ensure that you are able to attend before completing your registration.

Exceptions

• Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by the organizers, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided.
• Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may be allowed to transfer your registration to another participant, subject to the approval of the organizers.
